  • Travel from your Singapore Hotel, Sentosa Island Hotel, residential or local office to Singapore Changi Airport, Singapore Cruise Centre or any gateway in Singapore via Singapore Departure Transfer. Departure transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose between a 2-seater, 4-seater or 7-seater Limousine Cab for a limousine transfer with your own space.

    When making a booking, you will need to advise your traveling date & time, pick up address and contact details. Your departure transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours.

    You will be met at the lobby of your hotel or residency by the driver who will be assisting you and your guest with the luggage for the onward journey.

  • Departure Guide

    • Departure via Changi Airport (Terminal 1, 2 or 3)

    For departure via Changi Airport, it is recommend that you check-in at least two and half (2½) hours before scheduled time of departure (ETD) if you have checked baggage, or one and half (1½) hours before scheduled time of departure if you have no baggage. Additionally, you may wish to find out more regarding Singapore Airline's Punctuality - On Time Departures.

    All SIA flights departing from Singapore will stop acceptance of passengers for check-in at forty (40) minutes before departure time.

    Boarding Time at Changi Airport
    60 minutes to departure: Proceed to boarding
    40 minutes to departure: Check-in closes
    10 minutes to departure: Boarding gate closes
    Check-in counters generally close 40 minutes before the departure time.

    • Departure via Changi Airport (Budget Terminal)

    For departure transfer via Budget Terminal, Tiger Airways and Cebu Pacific baggage check-in counters open two (2) hours before Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and closes forty five (45) minutes before the scheduled time of departure. It is recommended that passengers check in two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure.

    Check-in desks in the Budget Terminal for Tiger Airways and Cebu Pacific will close strictly forty five (45) minutes before scheduled time of departure, by which the time passengers should have completed the check-in process and be in possession of a valid boarding card.

    Check-in counters in the Budget Terminal generally close 45 minutes before the departure time.

    • Departure via Changi Airport (CAAS VIP Terminal)

    For departure transfer via VIP Terminal, you may need the vehicle number and driver's details for clearance to allow the Limousine Cab to enter the VIP Terminal.

    • Departure via Changi Airport (JetQuay CIP Terminal)

    For departure transfer via JetQuay CIP Terminal, it is recommend that you arrive at least sixty (60) minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time.

    You will need the vehicle number for clearance to allow the Limousine Cab to enter JetQuay CIP Terminal.

    • Departure via Singapore Cruise Centre (HarbourFront / Tanah Merah / Pasir Panjang)

    For departure transfer via any of the three Singapore Cruise Centre (SCC), check-in commences four (4) hours prior to scheduled sailing time for Star Cruises.

    • Departure via Singapore Railway Station

    For departure transfer via Singapore Railway Station (Keppel Road Station, also known as Tanjong Pagar Railway station), you should arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before your train leaves, to allow for clearance of the Malaysian customs located within the complex.

    Check-in at Singapore Railway Station commences one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure time for Orient Express.

    PLEASE NOTE that we can usually still serve you without a reservation. If you wish to take a departure transfer without a reservation, you may still call us. Most of the time we can still accommodate you, at no extra charge for immediate service, which may be subjected to availability of vehicle at that point of time.

    • Transfer service must be booked at least 48 hours (by email) or 24 hours (by phone) in advance of your travel date

    Confirmation for this service will be received within 24 hours of booking for email bookings, subject to availability

    • The model of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date

    Limousine Cab will hold either a maximum of four (4) or seven (7) passengers

    Mercedes Cab and Limo Cab holds a maximum of two (2) sets of luggage

    Maxi Cab and London Cab are wheelchair accessible

    • Traveling with Children

    Child Car seats are not provided in the vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, please bring one for the trip

    Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
