Singapore Departure Transfer

  • Travel from your Singapore Hotel, Sentosa Island Hotel, residential or local office to Singapore Changi Airport, Singapore Cruise Centre or any gateway in Singapore via Singapore Departure Transfer. Departure transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose between a 2-seater, 4-seater or 7-seater Limousine Cab for a limousine transfer with your own space.

    When making a booking, you will need to advise your traveling date & time, pick up address and contact details. Your departure transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours.

    You will be met at the lobby of your hotel or residency by the driver who will be assisting you and your guest with the luggage for the onward journey.

  • Singapore Departure Transfer Guide

    Changi Airport Departure Transfer (Terminal 1, 2 or 3)

    For airport departure transfer via Singapore Changi International Airport (Changi Airport), it is recommend that you check-in at least two and half (2½) hours before scheduled time of departure (ETD) if you have checked baggage, or one and half (1½) hours before scheduled time of departure if you have no baggage. Additionally, you may wish to find out more regarding Singapore Airline's Punctuality - On Time Departures.

    All SIA flights departing from Singapore will stop acceptance of passengers for check-in at forty (40) minutes before departure time.

    Boarding Time at Changi Airport
    60 minutes to departure: Proceed to boarding
    40 minutes to departure: Check-in closes
    10 minutes to departure: Boarding gate closes
    Check-in counters generally close 40 minutes before the departure time.

    Changi Airport Departure Transfer (Budget Terminal)

    For airport departure transfer via Budget Terminal, Tiger Airways and Cebu Pacific baggage check-in counters open two (2) hours before Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and closes forty five (45) minutes before the scheduled time of departure. It is recommended that passengers check in two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure.

    Check-in desks in the Budget Terminal for Tiger Airways and Cebu Pacific will close strictly forty five (45) minutes before scheduled time of departure, by which the time passengers should have completed the check-in process and be in possession of a valid boarding card.

    Check-in counters in the Budget Terminal generally close 45 minutes before the departure time.

    Changi Airport Departure Transfer (JetQuay CIP Terminal)

    For airport departure transfer via Changi Airport's JetQuay CIP Terminal, it is recommend that you arrive at least sixty (60) minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time.

    You will need the vehicle number for clearance to allow the Limousine Cab to enter JetQuay CIP Terminal.

    Changi Airport Departure Transfer (CAAS VIP Terminal)

    For airport departure transfer via Changi Airport's CAAS VIP Terminal, you may need the vehicle number and driver's details for clearance to allow the Limousine Cab to enter the VIP Terminal.

    Seletar Airport Departure Transfer

    For airport departure transfer via Seletar Airport, you are advised to check in for your flights early. Most airlines start operating their check-in counters at least two (2) hours before flight departure. Before proceeding to the check-in counters, have your own valid passport, valid visa if necessary and air ticket ready.

    All checked baggage will be screened by airport security. Passengers should not pack any weapons, combustible items, and explosive materials, toxic or other dangerous substances into their check-in baggage. Passengers may be required to have their checked baggage undergo further security screening if deemed necessary.

    Hand luggage allowance: Economy class passengers are allowed one piece of hand-carry baggage weighing up to 7kg (16lbs). This bag's total length, width and height must measure no more than 115cm (46").

    Check-in luggage allowance: Most economy passengers are permitted to check in up to 20kg of baggage. (You may wish to check with your airlines as the baggage allowance may differ by destination and type of ticket held.) For baggage in excess of the allowed weight, passengers may choose to either pay an excess baggage charge, or air freight it to their destination as unaccompanied baggage.

    Singapore Cruise Centre Departure Transfer (HarbourFront Ferry Terminal / Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal / Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal)

    For seaport departure transfer via any of the three Singapore Cruise Centre (SCC) - HarbourFront Ferry Terminal, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal or Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal, check-in commences:

    Star Cruises: Four (4) hours prior to scheduled sailing time* and no later than 60 minutes.

    Royal Caribbean International: Five (5) hours prior to scheduled sailing time* and no later than 90 minutes.

    Guests are requested to complete Online Check-In no later than 3 days prior to the cruise in order to expedite the pier check-in process.

    Guests arriving late will not be permitted to sail. This supports government regulations in some ports that require cruise lines to submit a departure manifest sixty (60) minutes prior to sailing.

    *Some sailings may require an earlier check-in time. Please refer to your Guest Vacation Documents for specific information.

    Marina Bay Cruise Centre Departure Transfer (Marina South Ferry Terminal)

    For departure transfer to Marina Bay Cruise Centre, please advise the time you would like to depart.

    Singapore Railway Station Departure Transfer

    For departure transfer to Singapore Railway Station (Keppel Road Station, also known as Tanjong Pagar Railway station), you should arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before your train leaves, to allow for clearance of the Malaysian customs located within the complex.

    Check-in at Singapore Railway Station commences one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure time for Orient Express.
