Travel from Singapore Changi Airport, Singapore Cruise Centre or any Gateways in Singapore to your Singapore City Hotel, Sentosa Island Hotel or Residency. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose between a 2-seater, 4-seater or 7-seater Limousine Cab for a limousine transfer with your own space for your family or guest.
For airport Arrival Transfer, the driver will start tracking the flight three (3) hours before the flight's Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for any early arrivals or flight delays. Do note that flight arrivals before 06:00 Hrs usually arrives earlier due to the lighter traffic and the Limousine Cab for the Arrival Transfer may be subjected to an additional midnight (00:00 - 05:59 Hrs) surcharge of $10, depending on the time of boarding of the Limousine Cab.
Driver will reach airport fifteen (15) mins before the confirm flight landing time to wait at the exit of your luggage belt in the arrival hall with an A4-sized sign-age to meet, greet and assist you and your guest with the luggage and proceed to the Limousine Cab.
All arrival transfer enjoys a waiting time of up to forty-five (45) mins from confirm flight landing time, which allows sufficient time for the guest to proceed from the plane to clear customs to the arrival hall. A waiting time charge of $10 per 15 mins block will commence after the initial forty-five (45) mins.
In addition, you may call us via our hot-line at (+65) 65 35 35 34 to check on the vehicle status or for any assistance on the day of transfer, upon your confirmation of booking with us.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your contact details (your guest's name and contact details if you are not traveling), flight details and the destination. Arrival Meeting Point Guide
For arrival transfer via Singapore Changi International Airport (Changi Airport), the driver will be waiting at the exit of your luggage belt in the arrival hall with a sign-age to meet, greet and assist you and your guests with the luggage to the awaiting limousine for your onward journey.

For arrival transfer via CIP Terminal operated by JetQuay which is linked to the Changi Airport Terminal 2, our driver will be waiting at your destinated arrival point depending on the level of arrival service you select from JetQuay.
You may need the vehicle number and driver's details to allow the Limousine Cab to enter JetQuay CIP Terminal.
For arrival transfer via VIP Terminal operated by CAAS located beside Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2, the driver will be waiting outside customs, in the arrival hall with a sign-age to meet, greet and assist you and your guests with the luggage to the awaiting limousine for your onward journey.
You will need the vehicle number and driver's details to allow the Limousine Cab to enter the VIP Terminal.
For arrival transfer via Seletar Airport, the driver will be waiting outside customs, in the arrival hall with a sign-age to meet, greet and assist you and your guests with the luggage to the awaiting limousine for your onward journey.
For arrival transfer via any of the three Singapore Cruise Centre (SCC), the driver will be waiting outside customs, in the arrival hall with a sign-age to meet, greet and assist you and your guests with the luggage to the awaiting limousine for your onward journey.

For arrival transfer via International Cruise Terminal in Marina South, the driver will be waiting outside customs, in the arrival hall with a sign-age to meet, greet and assist you and your guests with the luggage to the awaiting limousine for your onward journey.
For arrival transfer via Singapore Railway Station (Keppel Road Station, also known as Tanjong Pagar Railway station), Singapore Causeway (Woodlands), Singapore Second Link (Tuas) or any other entry points in Singapore, the driver will be waiting outside customs, in the arrival hall with a sign-age to meet, greet and assist you and your guests with the luggage to the awaiting limousine for your onward journey.

Additional Info
- Transfer service must be booked at least 48 hours (by email) or 24 hours (by phone) in advance of your travel date
Confirmation for this service will be received within 24 hours of booking for email bookings, subject to availability
PLEASE NOTE that we can usually still serve you without a reservation. If you arrive at the airport without a reservation, you may still call us. Most of the time we can still accommodate you, at no extra charge for an immediate service within fifteen (15) minutes, which may be subjected to availability of vehicle at that point of time.

Limousine Cab will hold either a maximum of four (4) or seven (7) passengers
Mercedes Cab and Limo Cab holds a maximum of two (2) sets of luggage
Maxi Cab and London Cab are wheelchair accessible

Child Car seats are not provided in the vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, please bring one for the trip
